26/12/24 What have I known so far?

 1.    I can quit smoking.  All I have to do is reduce 12 sticks a day.  In one month I stop smoking 225 sticks.

This I am very sure.

2.    I can exercise for two hours daily in the morning and afternoon. This is the basis of Athlete4Life.

To qualify for Athlete4Life I need to always be on the move.  This is the minimum.

The routine is to move 5 minutes every hour/

3.    I can lose 40 kg.  Discipline, discipline, discipline..

I'll do these for 3 months before I start the running routine.
