I was taken aback when I could not hit the 100% target. Then I realized that the aim is not 100% conversion but rather 100% of my personal commitment.
That I did... What I didn't expect was the redemption I obtained by giving what I got. Two weeks before the ONE TRIBE Day were really nerve-wracking. I mean, I really tried my best to OBEY and OBEY 7:7.
So it is very clear that I was rewarded for effort, not result. If there is a lesson to be learned from this exercise, this is it.
